About the company : 

Lex Carta Private Limited is part of the Telekonnectors Group which has a successful track record of over 30 years in the communications industry with Door Sabha Nigam Limited and Telekonnectors as flagship companies.

The group now wishes to expand into Online Dispute Resolution. The company is setting up a technology enabled integrated platform and is looking to hire resources to power its growth.

Job Responsibilities : 

1.1. Data & Information :

1.1.1. Responsible for design and implementation of the company's data strategy including information security, data privacy, integrity and availability of relevant data.

1.1.2. Build data models for for internal product development and other customer requirements

1.1.3. Responsible for building data driven frameworks required for the product

1.2. Software Architecture & Design : 

1.2.1. Software Architecture & engineering for the product.

1.2.2. Evaluate, select and implement suitable software platforms to deliver the product to market.

1.2.3. Maintain oversight of all software projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported.

1.3. Engineering : 

1.3.1. Setting objectives and strategies for the technology development & data management function in alignment with organization's business objective.

1.3.2. Evaluate and design the engineering infrastructure for the company.

1.3.3. Responsible for maintaining uninterrupted business operations by ensuring technology and engineering infrastructure and its uptime

1.3.4. Lead the design and implement an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan.

1.4. Vendor Management: 

1.4.1. Responsible for managing vendor relationships,

1.4.2. Maintaining licenses for products used and their compliance audits

1.5. Team Hiring and Development: 

1.5.1. Build a team with skills required for Data Management, Software & Engineering functions

1.5.2. Skill development and training

Job Requirements : 

- Experience building an enterprise level data analytics capability from grounds up

- Experience in writing software with a very strong understanding of software engineering frameworks

- Ability to work in an unstructured environment

- Demonstrated experience with SaaS, cloud infrastructure and outsourced solutions through third party providers, with ability to put the requisite controls in place. Ability to build strong technology vendor partnerships and to manage multiple vendor relationships to ensure the best performance, uninterrupted services and financial return.

- An entrepreneurial mindset required in a small organization
