Job Title: - Security Head

Education & Experience: -

a) Simple Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Security Management/Post Graduation.

b) At least 10-18 years of experience in Security Administration.

c) Ex Serviceman from Army, Navy, Air force, BSF, CRPF, Infantry will be an ideal fit.

Duties & Responsibilities

a) Ensure vigilance & Liaising

b) Managing and trains Security Guards.

c) On boards new Security Guards

d) Implementing the Security Policies, Protocols & Procedures

e) Conducts regular Security Inspections.

f) Investigation Security threats and breaches.

g) Maintain the comprehensive Security Report.

h) Present the Security Improvement plan to executives.

i) Maintains utmost confidentiality and discretion.

j) Ensure that all employees of that Site follow Security & Privacy Laws and standard.

Skill & Competencies: -

a) Able to handle the Administration of Site

b) Manage a team and has advanced leadership skill.

c) Remains clam in fast-paced and stressful situation.

d) Demonstrates attention to details and is diligent.

e) Works well independently and has strong project management skill.

f) Communication well and has excellent written and verbal communication skill.

g) Should have good knowledge of handling the man force.

About Us

The DS Group acquires waste, semi-arid and fallow lands to grow medicinal and aromatic plants using modern technology to meet the company's captive requirements.

The Company has successfully regenerated one of the endangered forest species, 'Sandalwood' in Central India and has established the largest Sandalwood plantation as an Agro-forestry model in India.

The Group has also been the first to cultivate horticultural crops as "HOST CROP" of Sandalwood in the non-conventional regions of Madhya Pradesh and is focusing on water harvesting & conservation to raise the water table in the area.
