DS Group - General Manager - Sales & Marketing - South Region (15-25 yrs)
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
1. Develop a growth strategy focused on increasing the visibility and consumption of the product at the market place and create an eye share for the product
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and articulating the same to NPD, Manufacturing to produce the same
3. Work with different partners to create awareness about the product and represent the company at different customer touchpoints
4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
5. Suspecting the prospective clients and pitching our product to them
6. Prepare sales contracts by making a bill of material, keeping profitability as key objective coupled with an increase in market share
7. Create the opportunity for client engagement and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to existing client
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
9. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
10. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
