Implement/update IndAS, IFC, IC, COA, DOA, GRC, Authority Matrix, automation and digital drive 5. KPI monitoring and presentation of deck 6. Risk assessment and control mechanism 7. Ensure timely completion of audits and implementation of action plan 8. Preparation of budgets, budgetary controls, periodic reviews and highlights deviation. Provide strong, forward looking analytical leadership 9. Demonstrate proven ability in developing models, trends, analysis which aids decision making and business strategies 10. Oversee monthly variance, price difference, cost overrun, Capex, assets accounting 11. Monitor cash flow / enough liquidity in business, take steps in timely manner 12. Create tax strategies to optimize tax, ensure various compliances and timely returns 13. Maintain effective MIS which aids management control and decision making.
