1) Identification of training needs and assisting in preparation of Annual Training Plan and execution of the same. 2) Preparation of training modules based on identified training needs. 3) Facilitate in implementing individual developmental plan. 4) Measurement & analysis of effectiveness of training initiatives. 5) To conduct training programs as per the approved Training Calendar. 6) Coordinating with internal/external trainers, institutions for conducting various programs. 7) Responsible for maintaining various records e.g. Feedback form; Attendance sheet; Training Certificates; Modules etc. 8) Co-ordinate with HR counterparts/Units and assist them in identification of internal trainers. 9) Co-ordinate with F&A for cheque preparation, payments, bills etc. Of external vendors/trainers. 10) Any other related task assigned by reporting authority.
