1. Incumbent will be responsible for effective and efficient accounting and financial statement preparation for agri business with good knowledge of IND AS. 2. Good knowledge for Income Tax provisions, Return preparations , Tax analysis. 3. Financial planning & analysis. 4. Timely Preparation and Submission of MIS to reporting Authority. 5. Expected to effectively interface with Corporate Finance, Corporate taxation, Legal and Secretarial departments on the key accounting, taxation, treasury & other issues. 6. Responsible for monitoring, reporting and forecasting business financials. 7. Responsible for Capex and Working Capital Management. 8. Statutory Compliance of Banks, taxation etc. 9. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP /financial IT systems. 10. Knowledge to set up the process and controls including ICFR.
