AGM/DGM - Compliance Audit 1) Plan Compliance audit/Review 2) Prepare and update Compliance Checklist 3) Review of Compliance Framework / System. 4) Review of Compliance Tool /Applications 5) Review specific Act wise Compliances 6) Review Compliance MIS / certification /Reporting to Board. 7) Preparation, presentation & discussion of Audit Report . 8) Followup of Audit observations 9) Coordination with External Auditors for Audit , Reporting and thereafter followup on Audit Observations. 10) Ensure Proper Documentation of Audit Procedures/Manual /Records/Reports. Candidate should have Sound Knowledge of Statutory Laws pertaining to F&A ,Taxation, Labour , Environment and other laws applicable to Business. Expert knowledge of Income Tax , GST and FEMA. Should have exposure to SAP.
