Role: Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance Solution Lead – KPO Services

Designation: Sr. Manager/Grp Manager (depending on quality of experience)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- As solutions lead for PV the candidate will completely own developing capabilities & taking the company's services to the market.

- Formulation of business plan & strategy for PV services

- Analyze the U.S & Europe market and place our services in key focus accounts

- Recommend target accounts in U.S and Europe based on appropriate research, secondary market intelligence and connect

- Create a targeted GTM plan for these services to key accounts & guide the sales team

- Create & manage collaterals, case studies, solution pitches, brochure pack

- Design proactive proposals for select customers (customized offerings)

- Complete ownership of RFI/RFP activities & providing thought leadership around PV solution differentiators, key value propositions and base line KPIs

- Strong understanding of case processing optimization techniques

- In depth knowledge of Argus & other relevant PV platforms

- Ability to build work flow solutions to optimize case processing activity

- Attend bid defence meetings & sales presentations when necessary

Qualification Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree / Post Graduate in Medical / Para-Medical (Pharmacy, MBBS, Dental, Ayurveda, Nursing, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology etc.)

- MBA will be an added advantage. (Preferably in Marketing & From Tier1/Tier2 B-Schools)

- Certificate Course / Diploma / Degree / Masters in Clinical Studies will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:

- 10+ years of overall Experience in CRO / Healthcare BPO - ITES / Pharma

- At least 5+ years of experience in PVG / Drug Safety / Medical Writing

- Experience in Stakeholder Management / Client Management is a must

- Candidates with experience in both - Pharmacovigilance (Drug Safety) & Medical Writing will have an added advantage
