1. Cash Flow planning & Analysis

2. Monthly Report & suggestions for optimizing Cash flows

3. Set-up finance controls, systems, policies & procedures. (Ideate, Strategize, Plan & Implement )

4. Cost Reduction of company & optimizing companies resources.

5. Make Forecast statements, Cash-flow statements, & Annual budgets based on input from various business heads.

6. Ensure smooth Cash Flows as per the growth & revenue forecast

7. Ensure availability of funds based on growth plans & forecast.

8. Manage investor & Banking relationships and reporting.

9. Suggest options to raise capital as and when required by BOD.

10. Raise capital for banks and other institutions as and when required by company.

11. Scout for Banks/Investment bankers / VC's / PE's, to raise capital in rounds of funding. Prepare data of past performance & prepare future projections to show to investors. Handle queries & requirements from potential & existing investors.

12. Be the Point Of Contact for all Banks, VC, PE, investors and all external financial bodies. (Not including government Departments )

13. Set-up daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly MIS reporting system across all departments involving inventory & Money flow, for the Business Head.

14. Plan the strategy & investor pitch for company valuation, equity sale, listing & IPO.

15. Prepare the required due-diligence & paperwork for applications of any new licenses & permissions.

16. Apply for required licenses & permissions. Follow up till we are successful in getting the license & permission.

17. Setup all group companies finance IT systems & reporting as required by Business heads.

18. Select & Engage with required consultants as and when required.

19. Tax Planning

20. All Statutory Compliances.

21. Reconciliation of Bank Statements.
