Don't just dream it. droom it! - We are looking for an experienced VP/AVP of Engineering, who will work directly with the Founder & CEO, on building new technologies and platforms that provide a world class buying and selling experience, create highly scalable systems by leveraging latest technologies like AI, ML and IOT. What We're Looking For: 1. 8 - 18 years of progressive experience working in a tech leadership role 2. Experience in Digital/E-commerce industry preferred 3. Engineering from a top-tier college; MBA preferred 4. Strategic thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving overall revenue and organizational growth. 5. Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse external & internal stakeholders 6. Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment by having superior prioritization and time management skills. 7. Result-oriented with a high sense of ownership. 8. Team players who are able to adjust their approach towards people based on requirements. An ideal candidate will possess the following skills for success: 1. Develop roadmaps for system and product growth, and ensure timely execution and quality delivery, product releases and updates 2. Strong grasp of full stack networking, scalable web back-end, all genres of platforms technologies, AI, ML and IOT 3. Work with the management team to translate business requirements into technology and thereafter implement/streamline them. 4. Manage and grow a large team of engineers of solid pedigree (top local and international tech companies/IITs/NITs etc.) 5. Develop processes for effective software design, implementation, debugging and quality 6.
