- As a senior manager analytics, we are looking for a highly analytically driven mind. We are looking for a math/statistics wizard who knows the art & science of data analysis and presenting the data so that it is simple, visually appealing and actionable. Someone who can live, breathe and speak numbers and data analysis.

- Identify what has to be analyzed and why and then create a data analytics approach including data collection, data analysis using statistical techniques, and presenting the key findings.

An ideal candidate will possess following :

- 6-10 years of experience, excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and finance

- Identify, develop and deliver key analytics projects that will make significant impact to the company and eCommerce in India.

- Closely work with business leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to design and define performance metrics and goals

- Responsible for modeling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools and methods

- Responsible to work with different lines of business to problem solve, measure and track suitable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness

- Excellent analytical abilities: Understanding of key analytical techniques like data modeling

- Strong background of working on analytical tools like, SAS, SQL and Excel

- Highly developed skills for problem solving and strategic thinking

- Excellent communication and presentation skills are must

- Understanding of technology, data extraction, or crawlers is big plus

- Attention to detail.

- Should have advance Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills

- A data driven personality and someone who is obsessed with matrix and measurement.

- People management skills: Ability to build, lead and mentor team of analysts

- Ability to collaborate across departments.

- Result oriented and ready to take ownership.

- Desire to make impact and high work ethics.

- This role requires working directly with senior management team.
