Droom - Senior Director/AVP - Operations

Location : Gurgaon, NCR.

- As an AVP- Operations, your primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of operations domain, including managing a large team and running all operational processes.

- You will be responsible of managing all teams of whole operation division, which includes customer support agents, catalogue team, Droom Assist team and Delivery Management and provide leadership. The person should be a good people manager with a strong process orientation. You should have ability to work with the core management team to give feedback on the pain points of operation processes so that it can be iteratively improved

An ideal candidate will possess following :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in similar type of role

- Prior experience in managing operations profile in an e-commerce company or overseas company preferred.

- Set the Operations for the functions of eCommerce processing.

- Leading and managing the team of Managers and Executives to offer the best Customer experience.

- Draw KPIs for the business & team

- Draw-up appropriate Strategic initiatives and Objectives to enable the Company to meet its business objectives.

- Conceptualize and develop the model for eCommerce fulfillment with cost structures and specific time lines

- Introduce the end-to-end solution within the e-commerce vertical from Order acquisition to delivery.

- Proactively keeping an eye out and experimenting with new features which could provide a seamless customer experience.

- Inclination towards Technology - preferred

- Ability to manage large size teams

- Ability to train and motivate large teams working under fact pace and evolving environment

- Someone with experience in automobile industry preferred

- Attention to detail

- Excellent People Management and Communication Skills

- This role involves working directly with the leadership team

- Result oriented and ready to take ownership

- Desire to make impact and high work ethics

- Ability to collaborate across departments
