Director /Associate Director BFSI /NBFC As a Director/ Associate Director- BFSI/ NBFC you are expected to drive business growth by taking up roles and responsibilities that generate revenue as well as expand growth opportunities within the organization for BFSI, NBFC and FINTECH - SaaS sales An ideal candidate will possess following: 1. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales within BFSI /NBFC segment 2. Drive CXO level discussions and closures 3. Excellent networking and business development skills at CXO level interactions 4. Must have an experience in Technology Solutions Sales & BFSI domain will give an edge 5. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new businesses on-board as well as developing long lasting relationships with the new partners and larger enterprises 6. Identify strategic accounts aligning to the company's offerings and business 7. Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals 8. Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue 9. Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients. 10. Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings 11. Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options 12. Build and manage a strong pipeline writ the P&L goals 13. Be accountable and SPOC for partnership management and growth 14. Own end-to-end integration of the solutions working with cross-functional teams 15. Own account acquisition, onboarding, and management 16. Knowledge of selling digital customer solutions (SAAS) 17. Hands on experience in corporate sales 18. Exceptionally well written, verbal effective communication & comprehension skills 19. Excellent presentations skills for C-suite 20. Strong networking acumen 21. Ability to think on feet and offer tailor-made solutions 22. Quick decision making and Report Management Skills
