A brief about the Role - VP- Software Development :&nbsp; The position offers a leadership role for leading 50+ members from Product Development, L4, Scrum Masters, QA and DevOps. You would have the opportunity to work closely with the hands-on Founder team and Management. Your role responsibilities range from scaling up the processes, overseeing product development, internal and external stakeholder management to hiring/coaching. A hands-on experience in deep-diving whenever needed is also a must. About the Role:&nbsp; - The position offers a leadership role for leading 50+ members from Product Development, L4, Scrum Masters, QA and DevOps - Scaling up the team in line with the organization strategy - Inspire and energize the teams, lead by example - Forward thinking, stretches horizons, challenges imaginations acting as a transformational Leader Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; Development and Delivery :&nbsp; One of the major responsibilities of this role would be to create and plan the short and long term strategy for the team ensuring that the team becomes capable of managing large projects while being fueled by innovation and taking charge of executing it on the ground. - Facilitate coordination with Product Management - Product roadmap delivery with quality and in time - Overseeing reviews at each step of development - HLD, LLD, Coding and QA - Lead the L4 team that handles product issues raised by the customer facing support team - Own the quarterly GA release cycles DevOps :&nbsp; - Effective use of tools - Setting up data driven metrics for reviewing team efficiency and quality - Bringing in tools or processes required for continuous improvement QA :&nbsp; - Coach the QA Manager and Team towards latest QA methods - Plan to increase the effectiveness of automated testing of nightly and sprintly builds VA and PT: &nbsp; - People and Agile Processes - Transforming and scaling teams by continuously enhancing the Agile Processes with help of Agile Governance - Coach and create mid-managers(EMs and TLs) in the team to be able to grow the innovations - Manage (Hire and Coach) an All Stars Team of developers and inculcate right values to be able to succeed in their goals.
