The position details are as follows: Designation : CFO Location :New Delhi Responsibilities: - To ensure financial well-being of Organization in-line with organizations Vision and Statutory compliance - Completion of accounts, - Financial Management - Cashflow, Budgets - Financial Monitoring - in coordination with internal and external auditors - Supporting decision making of founders with historical reports and projections. - Develop framework to asses training needs for accounts team - Develop need based training calendar, implement training programs. Competencies : Ability to understand and assimilate, process, market, customer segments across different businesses in food, fabric and home segment. - Ability to plan and execute, good numeric skills, costing, budgeting and reporting will be required as a part of this position. - Empathy and training skills - Exposure to training in rural settings preferred not necessary Experience: - 10 to 12 years - Institute of eminence preferred, but not a exclusion criteria, if the candidate has a well rounded experience with good organizations it should be good.
