Your Role :

1. Technology hiring - Bulk and Lateral.

2. Execution of recruiting strategies to fill open positions and build a pipeline of candidates relevant to Drip

3. Use of a mix of hiring sources like headhunting and job boards for faster closure

4. Screening new applications to find suitable candidates based on role requirements

5. Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates for and scheduling interviews

6. Ensuring a good candidate experience and engaging candidates until the offer stage

7. Vendor identification and management as required

Our Checklist :

1. 5+ years of industry experience in Technology hiring

2. Preferably an education degree in engineering

3. Ability to proactively network and establish effective relationships and must continually seek new sourcing options

4. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management

5. Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
