Your role : 1. Work on High priority projects related to growth and optimization (e.g. sales funnel efficiency, improving customer experience, making efficient processes, product and cost optimization) for the US growth team 2. Managing a high volume of data and analysis requests for the US growth teams - Marketing, Inside Sales, Channel Partnership, and Account Management. 3. Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solve for business priorities 4. Research and collect data from our existing and potential customers to analyze growth trends and improve GTM strategy 5. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and complete full cycle analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, tool adoptions, process, and product improvements Our Checklist : 1. A quantitative degree (engineering, economics, statistics, computer science) from a Tier I college in India or the US 2. 4+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or data analytics 3. Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Python, Tableau Familiar with Hubspot and Airtable (preferred but not mandatory) 4. Prior experience in the lending business or structured finance is preferred 5. Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 7. Proactivity, humility, and autonomy are qualities we highly value Role timing - 4 pm to 1 am IST.
