Dremio - Technical Recruiter - Contractual Role (4-8 yrs)

This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE role. Initial contract is for 6 months.

Dremio is the data lake engine company. About the Role :

- Responsible for Technical recruitment for the engineering center

- Interaction with global hiring managers & other stake holders

- Updating ATS and generating recruitment reports

- Sourcing highly qualified candidates for roles thru innovative methods

- End to end responsibility of complete recruiting process

- Offer negotiation

- Building strong talent pipeline

Requirements :

Education : Engineering graduation / Post graduation in HR

Experience : 4- 7 years

- Working experience in Technology product development company

- Startup company experience is preferred

- Experience in using wide variety of sourcing channels - LinkedIn, Jobsites, referral, network, other social media, etc.
