About DreamPay :

- DreamPay is a simple, secure and scalable payment solution which can be integrated with any merchant. We aim to focus on solving merchants' problems related to Deposits, Withdrawals and Settlements. We are building a team of visionaries & risk takers who eat, sleep & dream the product!

- Our tech stack is hosted on AWS and is built on Cloudfront / AWS API Gateway, Java / Node.js, Redis / ElastiCache, AWS Lambda and MySQL as our end to end stack.

- Besides these, we heavily use Kafka, Redshift and other cutting edge tech to keep improving DreamPay's performance. As a data-driven team, we also use R, Python and other big data technologies for Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.

Your Role :

- Find insights that influence decisions (particularly new product/feature ideas). This work will span from early data explorations about cost, revenue, to multivariate experiments and optimisations

- Analyze data and find insights to improve payment success rates

- Work with merchants to build various reconciliation dashboards

- Lead the structure and analysis of A/B tests, help size opportunities to prioritise features

- Work very closely with with other teams of DreamPay for requirement gathering and analysis 

- Analyse and provide recommendations to influence our product and company strategy

Must have :

- Advanced problem solving skills

- Expertise in deriving insights from large datasets across multiple sources - Excellent proficiency in SQL

- Experience in Tableau, Looker

- Worked in an agile environment on scrum

- Basics of Python/Any other programming language

Bonus points :

- Previous start-up experience in handling scalable product of fintech companies

- Have experience with statistical analysis languages, e.g., R, SAS - Experience in Data-Engineering
