Hiring: Finance Controller

Dreamtime Learning is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to join our team!

Location: Work From Office - Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Salary:

- Laptop: Mandatory

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cash flow, P&L, and budget preparation to ensure financial stability.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, investors, and stakeholders.

- Oversee fundraising efforts and liaise with potential investors.

- Ensure compliance with taxation, audits, and financial regulations.

- Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and growth.

- Manage financial reporting, MIS, and cost control initiatives.

- Implement internal controls and policies for financial discipline.

- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

- CA Qualification (Mandatory)

- 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong expertise in cash flow management, P&L, and fundraising.

- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and investor relations.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and presentation skills
