Dreamfolks Services - Assistant General Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM (10-15 yrs)

DreamFolks is looking for an experienced senior professional to manage the legal aspects of the business. The incumbent will safeguard company's reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows legal guidelines and serves as a legal advisor to the management about all relevant issues. The incumbent will also be responsible for drafting and vetting of routine contracts pertaining to Customers, Suppliers, license, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property rights etc., vetting tender documents, handling arbitration matters and civil suits before various courts of law should any arise and co-ordination with the panel of lawyers. Should also have Compliance knowledge for a listed company's perspective.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Obligation Management and Extraction of contracts to capture clauses having high risk and monetary impact.

- Redlining, Flagging and summarizing key clauses of Master Service Agreements, Procurement Agreements, Service Level Agreements.

- Interpretation of Contracts.

- Deriving risks from the MSA. Communicate the contractual risk identified during contract review process to sales development team.

- Drafting Change Request and Work Orders in line with the MSA.

- Assisting in setting up new supplier contracts as part of implementation activities and onboarding activities on company platform.

- Preparing dashboards, Obligation trackers and Service Level Trackers for the clients, operators and vendors.

- Maintain contract calendar of events, sending notifications to stakeholders, ensuring contractual compliance through Contract Management Tool

- Reviewing various financial Agreements relating to Bank Guarantee, Working Capital Facility etc.

- Responding to statutory and Legal notices received by the Company.

- Knowledge of compliance and listed company filings

Work Experience & Qualification:

- Excellent understanding of business operations and legal procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Strong leadership skills.

- LLM/ LLB from a reputed college

- Should have relevant experience of at least 10-15 years in managing legal matters with corporates preferably into manufacturing, ecommerce, financial services, hospitality or airport operators.

- Previously worked as in-house counsel for a reputed company.
