Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Planning and Execution:

1. Responsible for planning technical strategy, product roadmaps, resources requirement and technology cost/budget, technical & architectural decision making, database, front-end applications, back-end service development and other web developments.

2. Able to understand the customer experience, identify the current technology gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Developing Digital Capabilities:

1. Responsible for building and leading a strong & agile technology team, to build next generation health tech products.

2. Lead enterprise wide Technology initiatives focused on defining and implementing efficient and future ready processes and operating models incorporating latest tools (AI / Machine Learning / RPA, etc.) and methodologies (Design thinking, Lean / Agile, etc.)

Data Strategy:

1. Develop a comprehensive data strategy to ensure that Data can be analyzed holistically and looked into a consolidated view and further can be used for AI/ ML.

2. Development and monitoring of key quality indicators, key performance indicators of the organization.

Digital Leadership:

1. Alignment of the digital mindset across the organization and ensure the position works closely with business leaders to drive digital transformation efforts and meet business goals.

Product Development

1. Able to translate customer and market needs into a long-term product strategy and road-map and working with the Development, design, and business teams to deliver the product and ultimately generate revenue through the product

Process development, Infrastructure and Security

1. Ensure the IT infrastructure is aligned with the requirements of the business and the business is working in a secured environment.
