Job Overview

HR Business partner will be responsible for all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to the employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

- Consult regularly with business leaders and provide HR guidance

- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies

- Provide input on workforce planning and support in hiring the right talent

- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met

- Provides performance management guidance to managers and ensure the Performance Management process for the year is conducted as per process and within the set timelines

- Create opportunities for Employee Engagement through various activities. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations

- Analyse and report HR metrics

Key Skills

- Excellent people management skills with proven experience as an HR Business Partner

- Demonstrated experience of effective oral and written communication skills with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders

- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, energetic and self-motivated individual

- Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving

- Committed to creating & searching for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance

- High degree of organizational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities

Education Qualification & Experience

- Post graduate degree in or related Human Resources

- 8+ years of experience with working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations & communication, diversity, performance management

- Experience of working in IT/high tech background is a plus
