Job Description:


Purpose of Function:

- Work closely with Segment heads and safety leaders and give all financial information, insights, reports and analysis, track and monitor performance.

- Provide solution to financial /accounting/taxation queries of business team.

-Support financial analysis on all ad hoc projects, large deals, capex initiatives, new product initiatives, make or buy, large spends.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Insights and analysis - advisor to business.

- Work closely with segment and safety leaders and give all financial information, insights, reports, analysis, track monitor performance.

- One point of contact for all safety business team to get everything from accounts, finance, tax, treasury.

- Proactively resolve issues and update.

- Participate in reviews meetings to understand business & gain insights and incorporate in future analysis.

Business support:

- Lead financial analysis on large deals.

- Manage to drive approval process through APAC.

- Support financial analysis on all ad hoc projects, capex initiatives, new product initiatives, make or buy, large spends.

- Drive monthly Sales Controlling calls, Optimisation of working capital.

- Financial Planning and Budgeting.

- Lead the annual financial forecast, planning budgeting, GTM, Strategy.

- Participate in individual target setting and provide timely variance analysis.

- Pricing support and analysis.


- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.

- Monitor pricing performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular insights recommendations.

Additional Roles:

- Support in process formation and improvements in controlling and finance.

Candidate Eligibility:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.

- 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, review, reporting, taxation, and accounting.

- Strong presentation skills and abilities.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications.

- Continuous learning and adaptability.

- Communication and collaboration.

- Problem solving abilities.

- CA Certified.
