Dr. Vaidyas - Performance Marketer - Marketplace (4-6 yrs)

a) End to end management of performance marketing activity across marketplace that drive traffic & revenue - on Amazon, flipkart, Nykka, Pharmeasy etc.

b) Managing 1 Cr+ monthly spend budget and campaigns across all marketplaces to drive strong return on investment.

c) Should have worked on client side E-Commerce companies.

d) Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance

e) Should have demonstrated ability to drive traffic & bring down CPCs/ CPMs

f) Should have experience in managing storefront for optimising traffic conversions on the site/ app. Campaign planning,

g) Target breakdown to daily level, dash boarding for review & comfort with analytical tools to track customer funnels is a must

h) Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present result.

i) Reconciliation of Makertplace listings

j) Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completed.

k) Ensure marketplace copy and meta data are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines

l) Assist in SEO efforts including keyword research, site audits, page and site level optimization, link building, and competitive assessment
