Dr Vaidyas - Data Analyst - eCommerce Vertical

Candidate having experience in E-commerce industry will be preferred.

a) Go through the various data sources of the company i.e. Google Analytics, Ad Analytics, Online orders etc. and analyze it to find conclusions.

b) Present the findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.

c) Clear understanding of the ecommerce & digital landscape & importance of analytics

d) Create & socialise various dashboards with actionable insights across digital & ecommerce to relevant stakeholders

e) Analysis across ecommerce: sales trends, on platform media spends analysis, PPC marketing, sentiment analysis

f) Deep dive & analysis on detailed platform data

g) Analysis across digital: web & mobile analytics, social media analysis, ORM, off platform media spends, search trends, keyword in sighting, creative testing

h) Looking at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.

i) Develop and maintain analytical support strategies and modeling for online sales to grow revenue targets.

j) Use data and tools to analyze competitor strategies and leverage data to determine strategy

k) Develop strategic opportunities by studying market and competitive activities and trends.

l) Understand, investigate, and evaluate new ways of generating additional traffic and rank through product placement, optimized images, and keywords.

m) Provide data for use in the forecasting and budgeting processes, utilizing customer data and predictive analytics that map and project trends.

Actively utilize available sales tools and technology (CRM, DB2 or sales reporting, as well as statistical software options and data visualizations)

Education Qualifications:

Minimum degree in Marketing, Finance, IT, Mathematics, or related areas of study

Experience & Skills:

- Have at least 3-4 years of experience working in E-Commerce industry analytics or related area.

- Excel macros coding and Knime language is must.

- Data-oriented mind with strong Excel, Data Studio, Tableau and BI skills.

- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with financial implication.

- Have knowledge about web analytics tool (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are preferred);

- Familiar with GCP and Power BI.
