Description:

- Review of periodic MIS and financial reports to analyse financial trends.

- Review of monthly Plant P&L to deliver insights on plant profitability along with variance analysis of Gross Margin.

- Driving month on month Latest Estimates along with mid-year reforecasts of operating expenses.

- Preparing Annual Business Plan in partnership with Business teams, Supply Chain and Site Leadership teams to enable profitable growth and factor operational efficiencies.

- Provide clear insights and recommendations to management through big data analysis of various Business metrics like RoCE, Strat Plan, Productivity Metrics etc.

- Presenting Financial Summaries and Business insights to Senior Management in various forums.

- Headcount and Manpower cost analysis for entire Business Unit.

- Supporting Operational Excellence Steering Committee through ideas and savings validation for various initiatives to drive cost excellence.

- Digitization and Simplification of Key Business Metrics and financial data.

- Driving Long term visibility of Plant Profitability to take corrective actions.

- Review of OpEx ARs and present all exceptions on Qtly basis.

- Adhoc. requirements from Business head and Front end/Corporate.

Education/Qualifications : Chartered Accountant
