Business Analysts in Digital and Process Excellence work closely with the business/functional teams to empathize and address a business problem with an analytics/technology solution opportunity. - The role requires the individual to play the role of key liaison between the DPE team/partners in the tion development team and business teams for internal project developments. - The success in the role is to effectively identify the right solution and see it all the way through to adoption and benefit realization. Educational Qualifications: B.Tech + MBA degree Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale manufacturing organization (preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry) or in a business consulting firm. Prior experience in FMCG or Pharma working in the Sales &amp; Marketing/Sales Force Excellence areas.
