Dr. Reddy's - Program Manager - Supplier Sustainability

- Drive 12.5% Reduction in carbon emission across supply chain with 12K suppliers by 2030.

- Ensure 100% critical & strategic suppliers to be compliant with DRL ESG Framework.

- Execution of DRL Framework among the 200 Critical and Strategic Suppliers.

- Conduct physical audit for 87 critical 3P/LL sites within 3-4 years on ESG.

- Pre and post Audit activities to achieve 10-15% Category shift by FY'23.

- Supply Chain Sustainability Reporting and Governance.
