Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Management

- Developing a Long Term forecast for the Biologics Business Unit at Dr. Reddys

- Supporting the Head of Strategy in the strategy development process

- Coordinating with Senior Leadership to gather inputs, validate assumptions and build consensus through the strategy development process

Secondary and Primary Research - 

- Conducting secondary and primary research to have a clear view and understanding of the market dynamics, competitive dynamics, and sector dynamics to inform the strategy development for Biologics

- Ability to research large volumes of data and be comfortable with industry terms/ concepts

- Ability to analyze, segment and draw insights form the data to tell a story

Business Development

- Identifying partnership opportunities for Biologics

- Performing due diligence on partners and evaluating partners based on their capabilities and fit with DRL biologics

- Detailing out business case, cost-benefit impact of partnerships

- Designing and executing on Agreements

- Relationship management with Partners

Management Review and Presentations

- Help in the design and development of presentations for the Senior Leadership of Biologics that may include but not restricted to Board Presentations, Strategy Decks, Management Council Meeting presentations, etc.

- Support the Strategy team in developing Point of View on key topics of interest and internal strategy projects

Teamwork and cross functional coordination

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside Biologics such as Commercial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Product Operations, Project Management, Global Generics, etc.

- Extensive teamwork and coordination and ability to drive to results

Qualifications & Skills/Knowledge Required:

- Role Band: 2B (Manager)

- Reporting to Head of Strategy Biologics

- MBA from Tier I B-schools in India / abroad (Top IIMs (A,B,C,L,I,K), ISB, SP Jain, MDI, XLRI)

- 1-2 years of Post MBA Experience (Overall 4-5 years of experience)

- Working in Management Consulting or having 3-4 years of working in the Pharma/ Life Sciences and/ or in Business Development will be an additional plus

- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills) - familiarity with Tableau and other statistical software such as SPSS will be a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills required, and ability to build relationships and work in a collaborative environment

- Must possess attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure and perform data analysis
