Dr Reddys - Manager - Post Project Evaluation & FAM (4-6 yrs)
Reporting To: Controller - Capex & FAM
Location: GMO HO, Bachupally
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial and operational review of all ongoing Capex projects
- Monitoring all major projects and validate the business case and status with Capex proposals on quarterly basis
- Review completed projects and provide insight to project and management team
- Benchmarking of project cost (internal & external)
- Participate in all major vendor negotiations as finance representative
- Monitor Capital GRIR, Capital vendor balances & capital advances
- Coordinating for Controllers- forum presentations
- Monitoring of idle assets and coordinate with users to deploy/liquidate wherever possible
- MIS and Analytics on CAPEX spend Plan Vs actuals, trends etc.
- Asset Turnover ratios computation for CTO, FTO & GMO
- Peer comparisons for capex spend, ATR etc
- Benchmarking of project cost (internal & external)
Operating Network :
Internal: Project Team, plant heads, ESD team, Quality team, IPDO team, Manufacturing Heads, Capex indenters, development team, SCM, IT, Finance Heads
External: Execution agencies, Vendors
Technical Requirements: Very good understanding of manufacturing & construction process, equipments and their costs
Educational Qualifications: MBA finance with technical qualification(preferable) or CA/ICWA with relevant experience
Experience Required: 4-6 years of experience with atleast 1-2 years of exposure to capital projects
