Job Location : Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

1. Hedging of Forex exposure of the group - in line with the Risk Management Policy and accountable for Forex P/L at group level

- Balance sheet exposure of $ 400 Million

- Cash Flow Hedge Exposure of $ 1 Billion

2. Investment of Surplus funds in Bank deposits, Debt Mutual Funds and Bonds / CPs with due consideration to liquidity requirements, interest rate view and credit risk and in compliance with the Investment policy

3. Manage Long term and Short term Borrowings of the group - evaluate Financing needs of the Company in various countries, recommend appropriate form of Borrowings and negotiate and execute deals with Banks after approval of Treasury Head / CFO

4. Manage Interest Rate risk on the group's Loan portfolio through Interest Rate Derivatives, and Cross currency Swaps

5. Lead the team with 2 Assistant Dealers and an outsourced Back-office team to ensure seamless running of Treasury operations - including Accounting, Documentation, Regulatory Compliance, SOX Compliance and Compliance to internal polices & procedures - with respect to all the above Treasury Front office activities

Mandatory Skills :

1) Knowledge on Forex and Debt Markets

2) Hands on experience in Forex and Interest rate derivatives

3) Understanding of Hedging Accounting under IFRS

4) Basic Accounting understanding

Years of Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Qualification : CA + MBA (Finance)
