Role : Lead - Business Employee Relations

Role Band : Blue

Reporting to : Site HR Head, FTO III

Location : Bachupally, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :


- To be a representative and brand ambassador for Dr. Reddy's at all regional, state forums and all government establishments


- To develop strong and effective relations with state government authorities :


a. CM Office


b. Governor Office


c. Labour Commissioner office


d. High Court


e. Police Commissioner


f. Central Revenue & Excise


g. Income Tax


h. Pollution Control Board


i. State Electricity Board


j. Employment Exchange


k. Drug Controller


- Develop relations with local industry associations :


a. ASSOCHAM


b. CII


c. Other Pharma associations


d. Local Employer Federations


- Experience and relation with Labor/Statutory Authorities :


a. Factory Inspectors


b. ALC/DLC


c. PF/ESI


d. State Electricity Board / District


e. Pollution Control Board


f. SSP + SHOs - Police


g. Plant Layouts - BBNDA


h. Legal Metrology - Weights and Trademarks


i. Boiler Inspectors


j. Panchayat leaders


k. Employment Exchange/Apprentices Deptt


l. DMHO- Medical and Health


m. Fire Deptt


Employee Relations :


a. Contract Labor Management


b. Unions management at Cluster & Site level


c. Best in Class Annual Wage Settlements


d. Ensure latest/updated Legal and Statutory compliances within region


e. Local Community association / knowledge


f. Local nationalized unions


Education & Experience : PG in any discipline with 15-20 years of relevant experience in local liaising and industrial relations.


Stakeholders :


Internal : Site Heads, Site HR Teams, Corporate Affairs, GMO - HR, Legal and Compliance, SHE


External : Labor authorities, Statutory authorities in the region
