Lead IT Business Process Excellence Supply Chain Management (Associate Director)
Role: Lead IT BPE SCM (Associate Director)
Reporting To: Director and Head of Manufacturing & SCM ( IT - BPE )
Location: SCM HO Bachupally - Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with SCM and lead the digital transformation agenda within Supply chain function.
- Responsible for choosing, designing and building the necessary Processes and IT systems for SCM through evaluation/identification of various solutions.
- Responsible for delivery and adoption of various process and digitalization initiatives in Supply chain function through right solutioning, program and change management
Operating Network
Internal: SCM, Manufacturing functions operations and Sr. Management across India and overseas locations
External: Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks in the industry
Technical Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning and Execution, preferably with consulting experience.
- Experience in Business Process and IT consulting and implementing supply chain transformation projects using S&OP setup, inventory optimization, KPI framework, etc..
- Strong Hands on Experience in Design and End to End Implementation of SCM IT Solution preferably SAP APO
- Strong understanding of Demand Planning & Forecasting, Supply network planning, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, Logistics and Transport Management.
- Adept in understanding and defining measurement mechanism for various performance Indicators and experience in setting up control and monitoring mechanism through Information systems.
- Good understanding of project management and delivery, and proven track record of implementing complex projects with network of implementation partners.
Educational Qualifications: B. Tech and Post-graduation in Supply chain operations management.
Certified professionals in Supply chain management (Ex: CSCP), production and Inventory management will have added advantage.
Experience Required: 10 to 12 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale consulting/ preferably in Pharmaceuticals or with Manufacturing/CPG Customers.
