Role: Manager - IT Strategy, Planning and Governance

Reporting To: CIO

Location: Corporate Office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Context : 

Dr. Reddy's is on a exhilarating digitalization journey across the value chain as well as creating differentiated value proposition for our customers.

This is leading to a myriad of projects in various spaces. There is also a movement towards adopting new age methodologies like Design Thinking, Agile Project Management and Dev Ops. Given this context there is a need to create the framework for managing this change at the same time not losing sight of the importance of effective governance structure for managing projects and architecture and solution decisions. There is also a need to improve the overall planning and strategy methodology.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Drive the adoption of new age methods like Agile and Dev Ops across the organization

- Refine and run the management of change, adoption and benefit realization methodology

- Drive the management system of IT BPE including the Project Management Office, Solution Review Board and other governance structures

- Create and coordinate the strategy and planning cycle across IT BPE functions to put together the long term agenda

- Create and manage the budget

- Do ongoing benchmarking with Best in Class IT / Digital functions for continuous improvement

Operating Network: 

Internal: All functions and teams within the IT BPE organization across India and overseas locations

External: Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks in the industry

Key Skills and Experience :

- Good experience creating IT Strategy and Roadmap

- Solid experience on Agile Project Management, Dev Ops and running Project Management Office

- Change Management Expert with good understanding of various methodologies, understanding of Design Thinking would be beneficial

- Experience managing budgets, supporting office of CIO

- PMP Certified preferred

Educational Qualifications: MBA from top tier institute with major in Systems

Experience Required: 8 to 10 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale consulting/industry organization
