Duties and Responsibilities :

- Identifying opportunities for value creation through digital transformation within the organization through understanding of stakeholder business goals, current processes and constraints, customer journeys and business roadmap.

- End to End ownership and management of Digital Solutions right from conceptualization phase till roll out.

- Bridge the gap between business goals and consumer problems; define and own the short term and long-term product roadmaps in line with the goals set by the business team.

- Engage with customers & partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Business, Communication, Growth) to prioritize, drive, and implement the product changes.

- Identify key success metrics for the product, its features, and measure the metrics post-launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance.

- Play the role of a business partner and help the product managers lead requirement finalization and solution strategy using Design Thinking process.

- Solution conceptualization for business/process transformation using one or more digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Mobility, Cloud etc.

- Strong understanding of data analytics and database management and building models to helps solve business use cases

- Experience with Salesforce CRM suite and Pardot marketing suite and implementing sales & marketing processes through platform integrated with other platforms such as ERP system, etc

- Working with markets teams for conceptualizing customer centric solutions for creating value beyond and improving revenue outcomes.

- Ensure all projects are executed within schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners.

- Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value.
