- Lead the design, implementation, and management of the Program, Design and Practice Unit. - Undertake primary and secondary research for problem diagnostics, generating new ideas and deepening impact - Lead the process of designing innovative new programs to address social problems that are in line with the organization's mission and vision. - Lead the process of piloting new programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Contribute to organization resource mobilization plans - Manage and improve Knowledge Management systems including productization of tools and process - Foster external networks of expertise and create knowledge hubs or centers that connect internal and external research and policy. - Co-ordinate DRF's representation externally and build relationships with stakeholders and other key allies to share best practices, learnings and contribute to ecosystem strengthening and improvement. - Monitor, assess and respond as necessary to changes in the external environment, ensuring that these changes are reflected in the program design and plans. Is expected to undertake, evidence-based reviews in partnership with experts for taking the right decisions. - Demonstrate a strong commitment to develop, promote and practice DRF's vision, mission, values, and strategy.
