Key responsibilities :
Financials Closure & Audit
- Responsible for monthly financial closure of books of accounts for both Uzbekistan & Belarus, including managing the SAP uploads.
- Responsible for quarterly and annual corporate timelines, including AR, P&L, Balance Sheet and Notes to Accounts.
- Receivable management including timely collections and escalating concerns on timely basis and ensuring DSO in-line with budget.
- Responsible for Inventory management and collaborating with SCM for inventory provisions and stock holding KPI.
- Periodic review of local finance team's work and ensuring clarity and sufficient delegation.
- Internal Controls and Compliance
- Ensuring Compliance to Marketing code, DOA and SOP's.
- Driving governance framework and ensuring periodic review of documentation.
- Ensuring SOX controls are followed and periodic RCM updation.
- Timely submission of RO's local filings & board resolutions.
- Business partnering for Uzbekistan and Belarus
- Validating and providing support on all business proposals including tenders, trade discounts and business case evaluations.
- Collaborating with sales teams for monthly Kinaxis LE forecasting and managing the LE reporting.
- Managing Financial KPI's on a monthly basis and supporting for S&OP, MRM and QRM's.
- Ensuring sufficient cash for operations for both Subsidiary and RO.
- Supporting the preparation of annual budgets across Uzbek and Belarus.
- Review of secondary sales and inventory holding at distributors.
- Data Analytics for CISR market
- Preparation of Brand P&Ls and generating business level insights.
- Review of secondary sales data and highlighting concerns to the respective business teams.
- Analysis of MPC cost across markets and highlighting outliers and providing insights for budgeting.
- Generating insights regarding product level NRV trends and TPTs across markets.
- Operating Network
Internal : Business cross functional Teams, Internal Audit, SOX, SCM
External : Auditors
Technical Requirements : Knowledge of SAP, Excel and Power point
Education & Experience : Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 4-6 years of post-qualification work experience
Key Skills & Competencies :
- A good understanding of Pharma / FMCG industry
- The candidate should have a sharp business focus & analytical ability
- Good communication skills
- Should have great networking capability
- Should be self-initiator and sense of ownership for its deliverables.
