Role: Specialist - Digital Transformation (Digital Product Manager)

Reporting To: Global Head - Digital CoE

Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad

Context

The Information Technology and Business Process Excellence team in Dr. Reddy's laboratories has the charter to build competitive edge to the business by proactively building transformative digital solutions. We are looking for bright individuals who have passion for conceptualizing & driving innovative digital solutions for creating new Business Models, Digital Platforms for Care Management and Business Process Transformation leveraging appropriate and emerging digital technologies.

Ideally candidates should have:

Required Skills:

1. A successful track record of conceptualizing and implementing Digital Transformation initiatives.

2. Identifying opportunities to leverage digital technologies thorough understanding of stakeholder business goals, current processes and constraints to create a new customer journey and experience, automate and digitize business processes, optimize operations and drive efficiencies.

3. Define business and technical requirements, evaluate solution alternatives, and develop end-to-end solution approach.

4. Should have hands on experience in building and deploying Digital Platforms for Care Management which can improve patient outcomes.

5. Proven expertise in conceptualizing and delivering solutions using Digital Technologies such as Mobility, Cloud, Machine Learning, NLP, IoT etc.

6. Knowledge of Micro Services & RESTful API based software architecture, IT Infrastructure.

7. Experience in leading and managing transformation initiatives from strategic design to implementation. Hands on experience in Requirement Finalization, Solution Strategy and using Design Thinking process.

8. Experience in project execution and delivery using Agile Methodologies such as Scrum.

9. Prior experience in Healthcare industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates would be expected to lead independently /minimal supervision:

1) Understand and map business requirement & develop functional specifications.

2) Conceptualization & implementation of best in class Digital Solutions & Digital Platforms as a Service for enabling New Business models for global markets.

3) Conceptualization & implementation of Digital Solutions for Healthcare and Patient Management.

4) Effectively manage projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners.

5) Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value.

6) Driving Business Process Improvement and Change Management across various functions within the organization.
