Role Band: R2 / R3 Level

Reporting To: Director & Head - Digital CoE

Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad

Context

The Information Technology and Business Process Excellence team in Dr. Reddy's laboratories has the charter to build competitive edge to the business by proactively building world class high quality innovative IT, Digital and Business Process Improvement solutions/Services for all geographies.

We are looking for bright individuals who have passion for conceptualizing & driving innovative digital solutions for creating new Business Models and Process Transformation leveraging appropriate and emerging digital technologies.

Ideally candidates should have:

Required Skills:

1. A track record of conceptualizing and implementing Digital Transformation initiatives.

2. Ability to lead Digital engagements requiring niche skills such as Opportunity Identification, Stakeholder Engagement & Management, Change Management and Design and Execution.

3. Proven success in Digital Platform driven Transformation Initiatives for New Digital business models.

4. Hands on experience in solution development using existing and emerging Digital Technologies like Mobility, AI, IoT, AR/VR and Blockchain etc.

5. Ability to design and conduct Digital Maturity Assessments and Partner Capability Assessments for creating a Digital Partner Eco System.

6. Experience in leading and managing transformation initiatives from strategic design to implementation. Hands on experience in Requirement Finalization, Solution Strategy and using Design Thinking process.

7. Experience in project execution and delivery using Agile Methodologies such as Scrum.

8. Owns and drive the digital maturity adoption across the organization helping transition from just "doing digital" to "being digital".

9. Prior experience in execution of Digital Healthcare Solutions and Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates would be expected to lead independently /minimal supervision:

1) Understand and map business requirement & develop functional specifications

2) Conceptualization & implementation of Digital Solutions and New Business models for Markets across different geographies.

3) Conceptualization & implementation of Digital Solutions for Critical Process Transformation in Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.

4) Effectively manage projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners.

5) Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value.

6) Ensure Business Process Improvement, Change Management and Benefit Realization to add Business Value.
