Dr Reddys - Assistant Manager - SOX (1-3 yrs)
Role: Assistant Manager - SOX
Role Band: R1B
Reporting To: Team lead SOX
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process reviews to evaluate design of controls and test their operating effectiveness as per SOX methodology
- Execute reviews locally and ensure compliance within agreed upon time lines
- Communicate and discuss testing results with respective Finance Controllers and obtaining preliminary management action plans
- Prepare comprehensive working papers ensuring quality and compliance to internal checklist
- Interface with finance controllers and facilitate upkeep of SOX documentation
- Keeping abreast of latest changes in accounting standards, SEC requirements etc. and disseminate the same with other team members
- Manage and review work undertaken by consultants
Operating Network :
External: Statutory Auditors, Consultants working with Dr.Reddy's on SOX requirements
Internal : Controllers, BU Finance Heads, Senior Management Personnel
Technical Requirements : Knowledge of SAP, IFRS & IND-AS
Educational & Experience :
CA,CMA or MBA Finance with minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business or Corporate Finance or Internal Audit

- Very good at networking and influencing
- Learning orientation
- Open to travel across locations in India and overseas geographies
