Role: Assistant Manager - NA Inventory and GL Controlling

Role Band: R1B/R2A

Reporting To: Team Lead- NA Inventory and GL Controlling

Location: Cyber Spazio, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Controlling

- Ensure smooth and accurate closure (monthly/ quarterly/annually) of inventory activities including preparation of inventory reconciliation and related provisions, standard and actual cost run on monthly basis and validation, thereof, preparation and review of SOPs, align with corp policies, BOM costing validation, LMC vs TMC recon etc.

- Preparation of Analytical reviews and notes to accounts etc on quarterly basis

- GL Controlling

- Ensure smooth and accurate closure (Monthly/quarterly/annually) of books for DRUS subsidiaries ensuring expense provisions, sales accounting and accruals validations, inventory reconciliation, receivable monitoring and reconciliation, R&D exps monitoring, balance sheet schedules and trial balance review etc.

- Preparation of Analytical reviews and notes to accounts etc on quarterly basis

Co-ordination with Genpact

- Ensure smooth flow of operations at Genpact for GRN accounting and sales invoice processing and receivable management for speciality business of DRUS

- Ensuring quick resolution on operational issues

- Provide training for new accounting requirement as and when necessary

- Review and control on all the deliverable of Genpact before sending to other stake holders

- Co-ordination with Front office and cross functional teams (SCM, plant etc.)

- Liaise closely with front office for any requirement of information related to inventory like block stock confirmation, provisions, variances analysis etc.

External and Internal audits:

- Coordinate with internal audit/ SOX team and statutory auditors. Closure of audits by providing information required
