Dr Reddys - Assistant Manager/Manager - Capex & FAM (1-3 yrs)
Reporting To: Controller - Capex & FAM
Location: GMO HO, Bachupally
Key Responsibilities
- Controlling and capitalisations of capital expenditure as per accounting standards
- Continuous reviews with project teams & relevant stakeholders on ongoing projects
- Accounting for all Asset transfers & Discards
- Support plants w.r.t Capex related requirements
- Responsible for monthly depreciation run & analysis for movement
- Support for Annual Capex & Depreciation budget exercise
- Responsible/co-ordinate for annual physical verification of assets across all locations
- Handling/Analysis for Controllers- forum presentations
- Ensure completion of all activities/documentation as per SOX requirements
- Monitor Capital GRIR, Capital vendor balances & capital advances
- Monitoring of idle assets and coordinate with users to deploy/liquidate wherever possible
- MIS and Analytics on CAPEX spend Plan Vs actuals, trends etc.
- Asset Turnover ratios computation for all plants
Operating Network:
Internal: Project Team, plant heads, ESD team, Quality team, IPDO team, Manufacturing Heads, Capex indenters, development team, SCM, IT, Finance Heads
Technical Requirements: Understanding of manufacturing & construction process, equipment and their costs, working knowledge in SAP environment
Educational Qualifications: CA/ICWA with relevant experience
Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience
