Job Purpose : Revenue Manager will be responsible to build and execute marketing programs to acquire new customers and increase the stickiness of the current patient base. The role will drive overall revenue target for the function and drive business performance through various strategies like lead management, customer segmentation-based programs, digital campaigns, loyalty program, retention programs, aggregator-based tie-ups, and other marketing activities. Key Result Area : - Build & execute segmented programs at city/ geography/ medical condition/ age/ gender level: a) Identify prospective home collection business channels, develop and implement effective sales strategies b) Generate business through identifying potential customers, subscriptions, loyalty programs, retention programs/offers, aggregator based tie-ups c) Enhance average revenue per user (ARPU) by generating business through upselling/ cross-selling d) Devise and execute digital strategy, social media strategy, customer segmentation based programs/services (PRIME) to drive actionable results. e) Formulate and execute retention strategy, related programs/ offer - Evaluate and build new capabilities like ECG/ Physiotherapy/ Nursing at home. - Build strong analytics capability: Gather market intelligence, and implement various strategies to improve business performance - Lead digital product feature identification - Review & maintain the HC business channel performance What we are looking for : Education: B.Tech / MBA in Marketing Experience: 5+yrs Knowledge, Skill & Experience: - Experience of category business Tech-savvy - Must have previous experience in Revenue, P&L, Category Management, Growth & Business Development - Have a strong understanding of applying digitization in business decision Competencies: - Strategic Thinking - Analytical Mind-set - Planning & Forecasting - Collaborative & Influencing - Team Handling - Negotiation Skill
