Dr Lal Path Labs - Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing (6-8 yrs)
Role Purpose:
Responsible for Planning, Designing & Implementing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Key Result Area:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Analyzing the digital initiative performance, preparation and presentation of the required daily, weekly & monthly performance review reports with leadership
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies & develop digital content for branding & promotion
- Develop meaningful content for our brand s promotion on various digital mediums
- Increase revenue by creating effective social media campaigns for LPL and working on their execution.
- Implementing Digital promotion strategies
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Analyze and forecast the months sale at the start of the month with the budget suggestions
- Collaborate with internal & external teams to create digital campaign pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption of new technology where appropriate
- Responsible for lead generation through various digital marketing initiatives
What we are looking for:
Knowledge & Skill :
- Thorough knowledge and expertise in Social Media Marketing
- Detail understanding & knowledge of new technology and digital platforms
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skill

Experience & Qualification:
- 6-8 years experience in Digital marketing or similar role
- Masters Degree in Marketing
- Hands On Experience in Data Analytics
- Prior experience with Retail Digital Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Telecom Marketing, FMCG Industry in marketing/ Digital Marketing Role
