Role : To manage the overall operations of territory including business development activities and running the operations. Maintain existing business channels, explore new business opportunities. Build sustainable business and growth channels.- Identify prospective home collection local business channels, develop and implement effective sales strategies for the given territory: increase in customer database & sales growth Key Result Areas : - Meeting the operational metrics with the target KPIs. Building capacity and managing the territory operations: Resulting in tapping leads and target achievement - Build & streamline the process for vendor engagement, hiring of operations team & training of the staff - Manage the customer experience proactively and resolve customer complaints/issues. Improve NPS for work area - Manage the outbound call center to generate revenue for the region - Keeping eye on competitors, providing market intelligence, and service improvement suggestions: That would help in sales strategy formulation to tackle market penetration - Responsible for running the BTL programs, Freelance scale-up: To achieve projected revenue and maintaining collection TAT from assigned territory resulting in cumulative growth - Responsible for running the BTL programs, Freelance scaleup - Provide necessary data and MIS to management for business analysis & forecasting - Provide strong leadership to a given team, motivating & engaging team for higher performance.
