Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new accounts/points of sale, including doctor clinics, various types of retailers, retail chains, and individual stores within the assigned region.
- Ensure successful placement of Alive & Well products at approved outlets, optimizing display, visibility, and shelf space.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, account managers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions, offers, merchandising activities, and product launches.
- Track sales performance against targets, generate sales reports, analyze data, and consistently implement strategies to push for higher sales numbers.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the assigned region and provide valuable ground insights to the internal team.
- Conduct training sessions for store staff on Alive & Well product knowledge, features, benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Manage and support distributors, if applicable, in the assigned region to ensure smooth supply chain and sales operations.
What Were Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications):
- Minimum 67 years of experience in the FMCG, Beauty, Skincare, or Aesthetics sector.
- Must have worked in a field sales role or a regional manager role with sales responsibilities.
- Proven experience in retail account identification and onboarding.
- Strong local market knowledge within the [Specify Region] area is essential.
- Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
