We are expanding rapidly and looking for a Category Manager to lead our growth across major online marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra, and many more.

What Youll Do:

- Marketplace Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to scale the brand across multiple online platforms.

- Sales & Revenue Management: Own the sales performance of the skincare category, ensuring revenue targets are met.

- Listing & Optimization: Oversee product listings, A+ content, SEO, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and conversion.

- Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns, including platform-specific discounts and ads.

- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: In collaboration with the operations team, ensure stock availability and manage demand forecasting.

- Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of trends, pricing shifts, and competitive activities to refine our positioning.

- Collaboration with Platforms: Build strong relationships with category managers at Amazon, Nykaa, etc., to secure premium placements and visibility.

What Were Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce category management, preferably in skincare, beauty, or personal care.

- Strong understanding of Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, and Purplle backend operations, including advertising, keyword optimization, and sales strategy.

- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking, pricing, and ROI analysis.

- Hands-on experience with marketplace tools like Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa Seller Portal, etc.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
