Job Description: - Financial planning and analysis. - Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management. - Preparation &amp; Presentation of Monthly P&amp;L report (MIS) at branch level, regional level and company level as well - Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against annual budget plan to the management. - Budgetary and Variance analysis - department wise and by revenue stream - Board Meeting deck, Review meeting presentation. Additional (not mandatory) : - Straddle between IT and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency. - This position reports to VP - Business Finance - Strong in Excel &amp; PPT &amp; Data Analysis. - Should have a creative mindset to solve problems. - Strong in finance and should have fair understanding of accounts and valuation - Good IT skills. Tech savvy. Education - BE/B Tech with MBA/CA. with 8-10 yrs experience.
