Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital - Regional Training Manager (6-10 yrs)
- Managing 'Regional Functional L&D interventions through' learning solutions:
- Liaise and partner with central L&D function, managers and leaders for the respective region to determine training needs of employees (Operations & Support staff).
- Establish development objectives based on the SMART framework: specific, measurable, attainable, and relevant and timely that lead to overall performance improvement in the respective roles.
- Deliver the curated Functional/ Behavioral/ Soft skill learning experience on prioritized competencies across roles.
- Design effective capability building initiatives internally or in partnership with service providers based on need.
- Create and Facilitate development initiatives (skill development programs, assignment of e-learning programs, periodic assessments on functional skills etc.) by designing and delivering best in class content.
- Define the objectives and success metric for the functional learning intervention/program and work towards deploying and monitoring the same.
- Co-create development initiatives as per organizational need within the available budgets for specific initiatives and ensure effective implementation with end to end program management.
- Work in partnership with Operations & HRBPs to identify performance gaps and development requirements continually for all employees in their respective region.
Education Qualification:
Additional Certifications (If applicable): Preferably a Post Graduate with specialization in HR
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Role Interfaces:
- Internal Stakeholders: Department and Functional Heads, Cadence with Regional/Cluster Members across HR function
